Are your products really handcrafted?
Yes! Every Casa di Marmo piece is hand-carved and finished by skilled artisans. No two pieces are exactly alike due to the natural variations in marble.
Why does each piece look slightly different?
Marble is a natural stone formed over millions of years. Each piece has unique veining, color variations, and characteristics. This is what makes your piece authentic and one-of-a-kind.
Are the products sealed?
Yes, all our marble pieces come pre-sealed for protection. We recommend resealing every 6-12 months depending on use.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship across Canada and to the United States.
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. Delivery takes 3-7 business days in Canada and 5-10 business days to the US.
How are items packaged?
Each piece is carefully wrapped and packaged with protective materials to ensure safe delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours with photos at casadimarmo.ca@gmail.com. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Care & Maintenance
How do I clean my marble piece?
Wipe with a soft, damp cloth and dry thoroughly. Use pH-neutral cleaners only. See our Marble Care Guide for detailed instructions.
Can marble stain?
Marble is porous and can stain if spills aren't wiped up promptly. Our pieces come pre-sealed for protection, and proper care will keep them beautiful for years.
