Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We use trusted carriers to ensure your luxury marble pieces arrive safely.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Delivery Time

Canada: 3-7 business days
United States: 5-10 business days

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Casa di Marmo piece. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return Policy

Items must be unused and in original condition
Original packaging must be intact
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at casadimarmo.ca@gmail.com with photos. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
